Job summary

Skechers seeks an Intl Merchandising Specialist to own assortment planning for 20+ countries, using sales history, stock levels and store layouts to maximize regional opportunities.

You will collaborate with Planning, Product, and Customer Service, act as a product expert, communicate country initiatives, and present compelling product lines to distributors and partners via email and calls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• International experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with INTL Merchandising Manager on country assortments to drive sales.
• Be a product expert and build compelling assortments for retail stores.
• Review store assortments for opportunities based on sales and initiatives.
• Review U.S. retail trends to identify bestsellers for international markets.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly sales reports to identify growth opportunities by category.
• Communicate via email and calls to discuss business and future opportunities.
• Meet with distributors to discuss current business and future openings.
• Collaborate daily with Planning, Product, and Customer Service teams.
