• Doctoral degree in biostatistics, implementation science, medicine, health economics, social work, sociology, clinical psychology, or epidemiology.
• Expertise in study design and data analysis, including clinical trials, implementation science, economic evaluation, digital health, or big data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders, researchers, and field sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead an independent research project aligned with the lab's focus; obtain IRB approvals and publish findings.
• Serve as scientific liaison between HMS and project sites; manage data analyses and frequent travel.
• Design intervention materials, training content, and data collection instruments; monitor field data quality.
• Mentor lab staff, present work to stakeholders, and contribute to grant writing and dissemination.
