Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., biostatistics, epidemiology, psychology, implementation science).
• Experience in research design and data analysis, including trials or implementation science.
• Demonstrated track record with fieldwork and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally and conduct fieldwork in underserved settings.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions and global health contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an independent research project aligned with lab goals; write and submit proposals to fund the research.
• Serve as scientific liaison, oversee data analyses, and coordinate with project sites and collaborators.
• Design intervention materials and data collection tools; implement study protocols and monitor quality.
• Mentor lab members, contribute to grants and manuscripts, and disseminate findings at conferences.
