Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in study design and data analysis, incl. trials, economic evaluation, digital health, or big data.
• Experience with fieldwork, engaging with stakeholders and researchers.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Knowledge of serious mental illness and interventions in low-resource settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an independent research project and secure funding.
• Serve as scientific liaison between HMS and project sites; lead data analyses and travel.
• Design intervention materials, data collection instruments, and oversee study protocols.
• Mentor lab staff and engage stakeholders for dissemination.
