Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a field related to biostatistics, implementation science, medicine, health economics, social work, sociology, clinical psychology, or epidemiology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an independent research project aligned with the lab's goals; write and submit proposals; secure IRB approvals; analyze data; publish findings and present at conferences.
• Act as scientific liaison for day-to-day oversight between HMS and project sites; manage virtual meetings; travel to project sites as required.
• Design intervention materials, training content, and data collection instruments; lead implementation of study protocols; monitor data collection in the field.
• Support capacity building by mentoring lab staff, presenting work to stakeholders, and engaging communities in dissemination of findings.
