Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Global Category Manager Memory/SSSD to drive worldwide procurement strategies, improve supply assurance, and optimize total cost of ownership. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in an HPE office in the United States.

You will lead cross‑functional programs, analyze supplier performance, and implement process improvements across geographies, contributing to HPE's edge‑to‑cloud strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Global procurement experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams on priority initiatives.
• Develop new processes, program solutions, and methods.
• Develop and deliver program and process solutions to meet business objectives.
• Monitor programs, analyze metrics and drive improvements with judgment.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance current processes.
• Provide strategic analysis and support to achieve organizational goals.
• Mentor and guide junior contributors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans across geographies.
