Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global assistance cases from intake to resolution.
• Plan and execute medical transports including air ambulance, ground transport, and commercial options.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements in all case documentation.
• Maintain detailed case notes and update stakeholders on itinerary changes.
