Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of pharma/biotech Medical Affairs project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (SharePoint, Veeva Vault, Smartsheets).
• Experience defining business requirements and launching document management systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track departmental budgets with medical directors; facilitate contracting and budget forecasts.
• Establish, train, and lead data management systems for GMSC projects.
• Coordinate administrative activities including folder management, minutes, and action tracking.
• Identify timeline risks, issues, and budget deviations; implement solutions.
• Build reports and maintain key meeting slides with timelines and goals.
