• Experience defining business requirements and launching document management systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.

• facilitate contracting and participate in budget forecasts
• Establish, maintain, and lead training on data management systems supporting GMSC projects
• Facilitate administrative activities including folder management, meeting minutes, and follow-up action tracking
• Identify timeline risks, issues, and budget deviations;
• Collaborate to implement solutions
• Build reports and maintain key meeting slides incorporating departmental and corporate timelines and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience, primarily in Medical Affairs project management
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environment
