Job summary

Insmed is seeking a Manager of Project Management for Technical Operations to lead cross-functional pharmaceutical development teams from research through commercial launch in our New York area office. You will drive complex pipeline projects and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing projects across product lifecycle from development through launch.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams internally and with external partners, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Guide programs from Research through Technical Operations, development, regulatory submission, and launch.
• Serve as key integrator aligning Manufacturing, Analytical Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
• Deliver project planning, milestone tracking, and transparent communication to teams and leadership.
