Job summary

Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Publication Operations Manager II to lead the development, delivery, and execution of global publications and scientific materials for a major pharmaceutical client in Basking Ridge, NJ. Role involves coordination with Global Medical Affairs and agency partners to ensure compliant and timely outputs.

Responsibilities include data cleanup, publication planning, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong emphasis on ICMJE and GPP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in publication related activities in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of clinical study data and pharmacotherapy.
• General Oncology experience is highly preferred.
• Med comms experience from the agency would also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and drive execution of internal and external scientific communication strategies and publications.
• Coordinate with agency partners to ensure high quality, timely deliverables.
• Manage publication development activities in Datavision including reviews and author disclosures.
