Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) seeks a Senior Publication Manager in North Wales, PA. The hybrid role leads global publication plans and coordinates cross-functional teams across medical affairs, clinical development and external agencies.

The 6+ month contract requires a BS or higher in a scientific field and strong experience in publication management, industry standards, and the Datavision database. Onsite 3 days per week with flexible collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS with 5+ years in publication management or MS/PharmD with 1–2+ years.
• Strong understanding of clinical development processes and publications standards (GPP).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global publication plans and cross-functional teams.
• Track publication activity and generate stakeholder reports.
• Manage medical communications agencies and freelancers.
• Ensure compliance with publication policies and procedures.
• Provide training on publication processes to teams.
