Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director, Global Medical Neuroscience, Medical Product Lead for Specialty Neurology, to shape medical strategy for Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular and Motor neuron assets and drive launches and lifecycle management across global markets.

You will lead a team of Medical Strategy professionals, partner with Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, and HEOR, and build external leadership with key opinion leaders to advance MS and Spasticity programs.

Qualifications

• Education: M.D., D.O., PhD or equivalent advanced degree in life science; neurology-focused education highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years in clinical research, healthcare, pharma/life sciences with neurology focus.
• Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of biopharma drug development, commercialization, medical affairs, and advocacy.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead at a senior level across a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion global medical strategy for Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular, and Motor neuron assets, with emphasis on MS & Spasticity.
• Serve as senior Medical Product Lead providing strategic vision from development through commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Architect and drive worldwide medical strategy, launches, governance, and advisory boards with thought leaders.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, Labeling, and HEOR to embed medical perspectives in brand plans.
• Oversee regional medical affairs strategies with partners in clinical development, market access, and commercial leadership.
