Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Global Medical Neuroscience – Medical Product Lead (MPL) for Specialty Neurology. You will shape worldwide medical strategy for Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular, and Motor neuron assets, leading a team of medical strategy professionals and guiding portfolio decisions across global markets.

Role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and deep experience in medical affairs, regulatory and clinical development, with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD or equivalent required.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical/life science industry within neurology.
• Deep knowledge of biopharma drug development and commercialization; experience in medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory and advocacy.
• Significant US and/or global medical affairs or clinical development experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the global Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular, and Motor neuron medical strategy, with primary focus on MS & Spasticity.
• Lead as senior Medical Product Lead for Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular, and Motor neuron franchise across early development to lifecycle management.
• Architect and drive worldwide medical strategy, launches, and ongoing commercialization.
• Oversee advisory boards with Thought Leaders and engagement programs.
• Partner across Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, and HEOR to embed medical perspectives in brand planning and launch readiness.
