Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director, WW Medical Learning, CV, to lead the scientific learning agenda across WW/International Markets. This home-office role requires building multi-year plans, partnerships, and governance to enable FM/HOM teams to deliver high-impact scientific exchange globally.

Based in Princeton, NJ, this role shapes onboarding and ongoing learning, drives strategy for launch readiness, and collaborates with Medical Affairs and Enablement to align priorities.

Competenze

• Advanced degree required in a relevant field; advanced training strongly preferred.
• 2+ years TA experience preferred.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as field MSL or similar preferred.
• Proven ability to set direction and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and public presentation skills.
• Strategic planning, prioritisation and portfolio management skills.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and scalable learning solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-directed, highly motivated with accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to travel (up to ~10%).

• Own the multi-year scientific learning strategy for WW/International Markets CV translating priorities into a coherent roadmap.
• Set the strategic framework for launch readiness with standards, milestones, and governance.
• Architect learning approaches for congress data education and post-congress retention.
