Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director, Early Differentiation & Pipeline Strategy (EDAPS) in Oncology within the Global Medical Affairs organization to drive the global medical strategy for hematology/oncology assets in early development.

This role leads MEG planning, publications, and communications, partnering with GPTs, Translational Medicine, and external thought leaders to advance asset differentiation and potential new indications.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (MD, PharmD, or PhD).
• Experience communicating complex scientific data to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to work across matrixed teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global medical strategy for HO assets in early development.
• Develop MEG plans, publications, and communications strategy.
• Lead early Integrated Evidence Plan and ecosystem of external partnerships.
• Collaborate with GPTs and cross-functional teams to meet program milestones.
• Oversee medical communications and engagement with thought leaders and patient advocates.
