Axiom Path, Inc. is seeking a Global Medical Information Systems Operations Lead to drive the rollout of a unified platform (Veeva MedInquiry) across the United States, Europe and Japan from Bridgewater, US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Affairs, or related functions within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Advanced degree in life sciences or a closely related discipline.
• Experience managing Medical Information operational workflows and inquiry management platforms, preferably Veeva MedInquiry.
• Experience implementing Medical Information inquiry management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, optimization, and operational readiness of a global Medical Information inquiry management platform, with an emphasis on Veeva MedInquiry.
• Evaluate existing Medical Information processes, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Develop, revise, and maintain global SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and supporting operational documentation.
• Translate Medical Information business needs into documented requirements for system configuration and workflow design.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure inquiry processes align with requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Support system validation readiness through documentation reviews, test-script assessments, UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to global implementation planning and workflow harmonization across U.S., Europe, and Japan.
