Job summary

USA - 3316 Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. in Cambridge seeks a Director, Business System Owner – Veeva RIM to lead regulatory information management strategy, governance, and lifecycle across global functions.

You will partner with Digital & Technology and vendors to ensure system stability, data quality, and compliant, scalable solutions that support KPIs and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in Regulatory Affairs across global functions.
• Experience with Veeva RIM or comparable regulatory systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as accountable Business System Owner for Veeva RIM, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment to business needs.
• Define and execute multi-year system strategy and roadmap aligned to GRIDS and GRA priorities.
• Lead prioritization of system enhancements based on value, regulatory risk, and operational impact.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure value realization and data quality improvements.
• Own system lifecycle governance including release planning and enhancement delivery.
• Partner with Digital & Technology and vendors to ensure system stability and performance.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies across a global matrix organization.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory processes and data governance standards.
