Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced product manager to build, launch, and grow capabilities for Veeva MedInquiry. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct a product definition, a solution map, and a roadmap, and define detailed product specifications.

We’re looking for a self-starter with initiative and the ability to execute in ambiguity. You will join a team of industry and technology A-players delivering the next generation of Veeva

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management.
• Experience with case management and customer service intake channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog.
• Ability to understand architectural requirements and communicate trade-offs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on: design, prototype, define, and configure Veeva MedInquiry.
• Be agile: design, implement, and iterate solutions.
• Be a storyteller: write high-quality specs for engineering.
• Be an owner: create and manage the roadmap for your product area.
• Be a team player: collaborate with Engineering, QA, and PM to harmonize solutions.
