Menarini Stemline seeks a Clinical Scientist (Director/Senior Director) to join the Solid Tumor Clinical Development team. The role leads study design, data interpretation, and cross‑functional collaboration to advance oncology programs through late-phase development.

The Sr. Director will ensure scientific integrity and drive communications with medical monitors, regulatory teams, and external partners across multiple trials.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in drug development as a clinical scientist or related role.
• Advanced degree required (MS/PhD, PharmD or equivalent).
• Experience in late-phase solid tumor oncology essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute and report oncology-focused clinical trials with scientific integrity.
• Design data review plans and monitor safety, efficacy, and PK/PD signals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (KOLs).
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and study documents (IBs, CSRs).
