Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree required (MD or DO strongly preferred; PharmD or PhD considered with exceptional clinical oncology experience).
• Specialized clinical training in oncology (Board Certification preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with senior Medical Affairs leadership roles (VP or above) in oncology/precision medicine.
• Proven ability to design and execute Medical Affairs strategies US and Global.
• Proven track record launching oncology products and managing marketed assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, articulate, and execute an integrated Global and US Medical Affairs strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial to support asset development and lifecycle.
• Provide strategic medical input into global commercial plans, materials, and product positioning.
• Synthesize clinical data to inform trial design, target product profiles, and lifecycle plans.
• Act as senior physician leader and external representative in US and international markets.
• Lead and scale the Medical Affairs organization during the transition from clinical stage to commercialization.

Education
