Job summary

Reporting to the Medical Head of Weight Management, you will lead global medical agendas, develop bold strategies for product and disease-area initiatives, and push for innovative evidence generation in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Must have doctoral-level healthcare degree (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• Strong leadership and global collaboration experience in complex healthcare environments.
• Expertise in healthcare pathways, regulatory landscapes, and market access.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across the product lifecycle for MASH in Weight Management.
• Advise on R&D investments, lead pre-launch scientific efforts, and accelerate real-world evidence initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and disruptive, data-driven medical strategies.
• Engage with global/regional KOLs, regulators, payers, and health systems to align medical agendas.
