Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior Medical Affairs leader to define and execute global strategies for CNS early‑stage programs. You will partner with product development teams, shape study designs and data interpretation, and translate clinical findings into strategic plans that drive patient impact across regional and international markets.

• MD, PhD, Pharm D or equivalent ex-US medical degree.
• 5+ years of professional Medical Affairs and R&D experience in pharma/biotech.
• Deep knowledge of Neurological Diseases.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory, policy, and technology developments.
• Experience in global scientific engagement strategy including congresses, external experts and panels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and scientific leadership to define global Medical Affairs strategy for CNS early-stage clinical programs.
• Serve as a key member of product development teams and influence study design and data interpretation.
• Lead and execute global scientific engagement strategy and drive excellence in engagement with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international scientific leaders to enhance awareness of Alnylam's portfolio.
• Organize and manage global expert events (advisory boards, panels, symposia) and serve as medical expert internally and externally.
• Collaborate with global Medical Affairs, clinical operations, commercial development, and pharmacovigilance on medical aspects of products.
• Provide strategic medical insights into R&D and commercialization including patient pathways and treatment landscapes.
• Lead partnerships with Value & Evidence Strategy, Medical Communications, Medical Training, and Omnichannel teams for prelaunch success.
