• Experience in cross-portfolio Neurology areas required.
• Strong track record in developing and executing medical strategies in the US.
• Proven people management and development experience.
• Experience with AI tools to drive impact is noted.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to US Medical Affairs Next Gen Immunology team and ensure delivery of priorities.
• Manage a team of Medical Directors for field training and MSL operations.
• Develop strategy for an integrated Medical Plan across Neurology pipelines and related functions.
• Lead medical advisory boards and translate insights into medical strategy.
• Review and approve medical materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
