Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with six+ years in project-management or related roles or ten+ years in lieu of degree.
• Seven+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience with large-scale integrations, site transitions, or business transformations.
• Strong chartering, WBS, schedule, risk, governance, and benefits realization knowledge.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Solid analytical, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and success measures for Eden Prairie initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, IT, and more.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory, and change-control compliance and governance.
