Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a seasoned procurement leader to drive supplier strategies for major construction projects in the Northeast. You will manage global to local vendor relationships, optimize material sourcing, and align with ESG objectives while leading a procurement team.

The role requires at least eight years in manufacturing or construction, strong negotiation, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing or construction experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Knowledge of manufacturing or construction industry material markets, competition, and trends
• Negotiation and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Apply purchasing, product, technical, and supply chain expertise to guide SB project teams and clients
• Review market dynamics to assess vendor capacity, delivery and collaboration
• Conduct quarterly vendor reviews for performance, ESG alignment
• Manage demand and capacity planning across supply chain programs
• Identify and onboard vendors to meet SB service requirements
• Negotiate terms, create contracts, and establish governance with vendors
• Provide recommendations for strategic supply chain awards and supplier options
• Develop vendor KPIs and share lessons learned for future developments
• Serve as primary contact to manage supply chain issues and engage SB leadership
• Track transactions for large supply chain programs across tiers
• Solicit pricing, analyze bids, and prepare comparison matrices
• Confirm vendor contract terms on projects to ensure completeness
• Schedule factory testing and participate in vendor tests
• Participate in company-wide sourcing projects to identify opportunities and risks
• Attend industry events to understand market dynamics and represent SB
• Supervise team members, participate in hiring, and provide feedback on performance
• Other duties as assigned
