Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field with equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in mechanical engineering and plant manufacturing; multi-site, regional, or global experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering design and technical support across multiple Ingredion facilities.
• Develop mechanical systems and equipment specifications; design, test, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.
• Evaluate safety codes, standards, and best practices for equipment and projects.
• Mentor teams, drive cross-site collaboration, and promote best practices across the organization.
