• Lead mechanical engineering across multiple Ingredion facilities to meet manufacturing, safety, reliability, and cost goals.
• Provide SME guidance for utilities and process equipment design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams; develop and implement best practices and engineering standards.
