Job summary

Quince seeks a highly analytical Program Manager, Materials Planning to coordinate material procurement and sourcing across our global manufacturing and supplier network. You will align sourcing strategies with production capacity and operational goals, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Support material procurement and sourcing across Quince’s manufacturing and supplier network.
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to align sourcing strategies with production capacity and priorities.
• Evaluate supplier performance across quality, reliability, and operational metrics; identify risks and improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to support execution, decision-making, and visibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, supplier performance, and value creation.
• Support reporting and analytics to inform procurement decisions and operational performance.
• YEAR ONE DELIVERABLES: Material In-Stock Rate > 95%, Weeks of Supply optimization, Lead Time Accuracy > 90%, Forecast Accuracy > 80%.
