Job summary

WEConnect International, a global nonprofit, seeks an experienced partnerships and market development professional to strengthen corporate and institutional collaborations and advance inclusive sourcing. In India-focused initiatives you will build a robust partner pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, plan roundtables and forums, and support funding proposals.

The role emphasizes delivering programs, tracking outputs, and producing market intelligence to promote women-owned business inclusion

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in partnerships or business development in India.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
• Established network and ability to manage budgets and projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and institutional partners.
• Support conversion of prospects into active partners.
• Maintain a structured pipeline tracker.
• Design and deliver inclusive sourcing initiatives.
• Engage senior corporate and government stakeholders.
• Plan and execute roundtables, workshops, and forums.
• Execute partnership-driven and donor-supported initiatives.
• Develop project plans, risk trackers, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners.
• Identify corporate and CSR funding opportunities.
• Support proposal and partnership development.
• Provide market intelligence and representation.
• Track trends in ESG and inclusive sourcing in India.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Partnerships & Market Development:
