Job summary

Spotify seeks a Lead, Global Markets Strategy based in New York to guide multi-year growth for Markets. You’ll partner with regional MDs and GMs, refine regional strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives across the GMS team.

You will build models with FP&A, analyze market dynamics, and advance product feature go-to-market efforts. Expect collaboration across time zones and a data-driven approach to growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years in tech, management consulting, or similar.
• Experience growing consumer tech businesses globally.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across countries/time zones.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Market MDs and GMs on strategy and regional plans.
• Attend and participate in M&S Growth Region QBR meetings.
• Collaborate on annual market prioritization and budgeting.
• Drive financial analysis with FP&A to understand regional dynamics.
• Build financial models to analyze growth and competitor dynamics.
• Lead regional or cross-regional strategic projects with GMs and MDs.
• Align with strategic pillars and company bets across Markets.
• Identify and influence go-to-market on key product features.
