Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth marketing, or performance marketing within a fast-growing technology company.
• Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem including CDPs, marketing automation, advertising platforms, and measurement solutions.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and ability to optimize campaigns.
• Active use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, and enhance workflows.
• Ability to balance technical details with business outcomes and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Spotify's growth marketing technology ecosystem by identifying, implementing, and optimizing tools for scalable campaigns.
• Take an AI-first approach to automate processes, enhance personalization, and accelerate experimentation.
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate new marketing technologies, vendors, and AI capabilities to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Support delivery of performance marketing initiatives by ensuring reliable execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Drive continuous improvements to campaign operations while maintaining high quality and governance.
• Stay current on trends in marketing technology, AI, and digital advertising and share insights across the organization.
