Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global program leadership and market development.
• Experience leading regional or dispersed teams and managing programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration with corporate partners and donors.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to use metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a consistent global market engagement framework across regions.
• Oversee growth of programs and tools supporting women-owned businesses from registration to market access.
• Manage Regional Directors and drive performance with clear goals and accountability.
• Ensure regional teams deliver high-quality services to member buyers and suppliers.
• Partner with certification to drive registrations and certifications growth.
• Lead regional fundraising efforts and donor-funded program initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to tell WEConnect's impact and visibility.
• Define KPIs and budget plans; report progress to executives.
