Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in capital markets, banking, treasury, or financial analysis.
• Interest in corporate risk management, financial markets, and derivatives (IR/FX).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial data and statements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-service mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn trading/CRM systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Global Markets Advisors across client coverage, opportunity development, pitch preparation, pricing, and execution.
• Review client financial statements, debt profiles, cash flows, and exposures to inform hedging needs.
• Monitor macroeconomic and market developments and prepare concise updates and analyses.
• Assist in evaluating derivative strategies and translate mechanics into client materials.
• Coordinate with trading, risk, legal, onboarding, and operations for pricing and execution.
• Create and maintain pitch books, market updates, exposure analyses, and term sheets.
• Maintain accurate client pipelines, activity, and coverage metrics in CRM.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory expectations; support process improvements.
