Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in capital markets, banking, treasury, risk management, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Interest in corporate risk management, financial markets, and derivatives across FX and rates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial data and pricing outputs.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a collaborative, client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Global Markets Advisors across client coverage and pitch preparation.
• Review client statements and cash flows to identify FX/IR exposures and hedging needs.
• Prepare concise market updates, scenario analyses, and client observations.
• Assist in evaluating derivative strategies and translating mechanics into client materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain pricing and support timely execution.
• Create and maintain client materials, including pitch books and pricing summaries.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines and client activity in CRM and reporting tools.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory expectations; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to dashboards and process improvements; develop sector/market knowledge.
• Learn FX and IR markets through formal training and daily mentorship.
