Job summary

You will supervise a team, manage budgets, and report on KPI-driven results, balancing regional needs with global priorities. Regular in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• 3 to 5 years of people management experience is an asset.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting objectives and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Executive presence with ability to advise and gain approval from senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and communications strategies for the Commercial Unit (CU) globally.
• Lead cross-market campaigns and coordinate with regional/national marketers.
• Evaluate campaign performance and report KPI results monthly.
• Hire, train, and lead the marketing team to meet objectives.
• Balance global campaigns with regional needs to maximize reach.
