Venteon seeks a Head of Marketing & Strategy in Fairlawn, OH to lead Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, and Customer Service for a leading industrial manufacturer. Reports to the CEO, Region Americas, guiding strategic growth across the Americas with teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.

The role shapes marketing strategy, oversees channel and digital presence, and partners with Sales to drive market penetration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, communications, or a related area.
• 10+ years of professional experience in management, including marketing and sales, project management, commercial management, innovation, and communications.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• International leadership experience, including 18+ months of cross-functional responsibility.
• Experience leading large, complex organizations (100+ employees) across multiple countries.
• Strong background in B2B/industrial or manufacturing environments, with experience in Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, and Customer Service.
• Proven track record of executing and deploying marketing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive the Innovation Strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
• Implement and maintain innovation management processes and lead the Innovation Community.
• Conduct business, customer, and technology validations to support new business model development.
• Review the innovation funnel and initiate strategic actions as needed.
• Create, align, and maintain marketing and communication standards and guidelines.
• Develop and implement global channels, platforms, and digital presence (website, social media, etc.).
• Build and manage brand portfolio and brand architecture.
• Lead the customer journey council and ensure professional online representation across all digital touchpoints.
• Develop and execute strategic pricing aligned with competitive positioning and margin objectives.
• Coordinate price adaptations based on segment requirements and market intelligence.
• Evaluate competitive data and develop pricing for new products.
• Define pricing processes, methods, and tools for the business area.
• Steer strategic portfolio management and pricing initiatives.
• Regularly review and evaluate product line performance, recommending necessary actions.
• Identify innovation synergies across business areas and represent the business area in corporate initiatives and partnerships.
• Coordinate and lead the strategic planning process and Hoshin Kanri Matrix execution.
• Ensure proactive customer coordination and oversight of order management and complaint processes.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive commercial growth and market penetration.
