nVent is seeking a senior leader to own the enterprise lead path to revenue, architecting end-to-end lead lifecycle from anonymous engagement through revenue outcomes. You will set global standards, collaborate with Sales, IT, and Marketing, and build a Center of Excellence for Marketing Operations and Analytics.

The role requires 15+ years in marketing/operations in global enterprises, plus 5+ years leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in marketing/operations or revenue operations in a global enterprise environment.
• 5+ years leading teams in marketing operations, analytics, or lead management.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise lead path to revenue strategy and governance across regions and platforms.
• Architect end-to-end lead lifecycle from anonymous engagement to revenue outcomes.
• Define dashboards, KPIs, attribution models, and reporting for executives.
