Job summary

EMD Electronics seeks a seasoned Global Marketing Leader for Patterning to shape external market and commercial strategy for Lithography and Cleans. You will set market direction, pricing, and go-to-market priorities, while strengthening customer and competitive insights and guiding new product introductions with cross-functional alignment.

This role can be located in the US or APAC (excluding China) and requires leadership of a global team, evidence-based decision making, and strong

Qualifications

Strong background in strategic marketing for complex markets such as lithography and patterned materials.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into market opportunities and product value.
Experience with global, cross-functional new-product introductions and launches.

Responsibilities

Define global marketing direction for Patterning across Lithography and Cleans, including market, portfolio, and go-to-market strategy.
Lead opportunity assessment, market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis to guide growth and investments.
Develop differentiated product positioning with compelling value propositions.
Own NPI lifecycle commercial leadership and launch governance across gates 2–4.
Partner with Launch Management to coordinate cross-functional plans and ownership.
Manage portfolio, pricing, profitability, and lifecycle strategies.
Raise marketing capability with standards, coaching, and scalable practices.
Represent Market externally to customers and at conferences and feed insights back into product strategy.
