The Marketing Director at Ghafari Associates will shape and execute the firm's marketing strategy to drive business growth and client acquisition. You will lead a distributed team across 11 global offices in a matrix organization, aligning marketing and sales plans with the firm’s objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, business, journalism, or related field.
• MBA or advanced marketing degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years of direct management responsibility.
• Architecture/Engineering/Construction or real estate industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record driving sales growth domestically and internationally.
• Experience building and growing a marketing team.
