Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record launching products and leading go-to-market campaigns.
• Experience leading brand management, demand generation, and community-driven programs.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally; passport required.
• This is a 100% onsite role at Sacramento, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing strategy across product launches, brand campaigns, digital marketing, and education programs.
• Mentor and develop marketing teams across four disciplines.
• Partner with Marketing Director on annual plan, budget, and goals.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships to drive growth.
• Oversee international field marketing and distributor support campaigns.
