Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design/graphic arts or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing production, graphic production, project coordination or related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with experience in templates and production-ready artwork.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint.
• Asana or similar project-management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches: manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for new product introductions.
• Create marketing and sampling materials using InDesign and templates for production handoff.
• Develop presentations and marketing materials for Sales and international customers.
• Maintain brand consistency across materials and communications.
