• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint.
• Asana or similar project-management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading quality.

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented and equally comfortable keeping a product launch on track and working hands-on in Adobe InDesign?

Versa Designed Surfaces is seeking an onsite Global Marketing Coordinator at our New Albany, Indiana [or Metro Louisville] headquarters to help bring new products and marketing initiatives to life. Our wallcoverings are specified by architects and interior designers and distributed through partners in the U.S. and international markets.

This role combines project coordination with hands-on marketing production. You'll work across Marketing, Design, Sales and Sampling to coordinate product launches, create materials within established templates and graphic standards, develop presentations, support international customers and help ensure every detail is accurate and on brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate product launches: Manage timelines, tasks and deliverables for assigned new product introductions through established Asana workflows, following up with stakeholders to keep projects moving and on schedule.
• Create marketing and sampling materials: Use Adobe InDesign and established templates to prepare tip cards, sampling artwork, sales-support materials and other marketing collateral through final proofing and handoff for production.
• Develop presentations and marketing support materials: Create and update PowerPoint presentations and other materials for Sales, international customers, product launches, trainings and other business needs.
• Maintain brand consistency Ensure marketing and sampling materials follow established brand and graphic standards with close attention to detail.
• Support our global business: Serve as a marketing point of contact for key international customers and assist with marketing materials and support for international trade shows.
• Keep marketing organized: Maintain marketing files, templates and artwork; manage marketing purchase orders and related administrative processes; and help improve the efficiency of recurring marketing projects.
• Support customer and company activities: Assist with coordination for customer visits, trainings and company events, and cross-train on essential Sample Department functions to provide coverage when needed.
• Maintain copyright and trademark records: Coordinate filings and keep company records current.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design/graphic arts or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing production, graphic production, project coordination or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required, including experience working within established templates and preparing artwork for production.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint.
• Experience with Asana or similar project-management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
