Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance experience at a broker/dealer, asset manager, or financial services firm.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA Rule 2210 and SEC advertising rules including the Investment Adviser Marketing Rule.
• Familiarity with AML, licensing and registration, and employee personal trading matters.
• Familiarity with international marketing requirements across key jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Provide practical regulatory guidance to marketing campaigns, materials, and social media initiatives.
• Develop and maintain policies for marketing, communications, and social media.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on marketing activities globally.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Marketing across regions for consistent standards.
• Support core compliance areas including AML, licensing, and registration.
• Assist with regulatory examinations and inquiries related to marketing and compliance.
• Review research analyst reports for regulatory and internal policy compliance.
