Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, OH, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the central hub for communications and product commercialization initiatives. You will collaborate with global marketing teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to move projects from concept to completion.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and at least five years of experience in marketing or communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications with 5+ years of related experience.
• Non-degree candidates with 12+ years of related experience and a HS diploma may qualify.
• Occasional travel 0-5%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure marketing communications plans and projects.
• Guide creation of campaigns, presentations, collateral, web content, social media and other tactics.
• Ensure development and approval processes are followed and external/internal communications meet high standards.
• Develop and deliver status updates, reports, and presentations showing Marketing's support of product commercialization.
• Create Marketing presentations highlighting milestones, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Oversee project flow from request to completion, ensuring prioritization and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
• Provide guidance for the Marketing Project Specialists in creating detailed project plans.
• Manage Workfront and evolve processes to support project delivery.
• Develop KPIs and reports to show department performance and workload.
• Coach and develop direct reports to take on additional responsibilities.
