About The Role: We are seeking a motivated Global Marketing and Brand Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our team and help shape our brand voice and internal/external communications, with a strong focus on delivering the company's vibe and unique energy. This role is crucial for fostering employee engagement across our global remote workforce and international sites, enhancing internal communications, and supporting our relationships with external game development studios. You will be actively involved in creating dynamic content (including social media posts, video, and digital experiences) that brings the CrazyLabs brand to life, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement employee engagement initiatives designed to connect and inspire a diverse, global, and remote workforce.
  2. Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, integrating generative AI tools into the workflow.
  3. Produce high-quality video content for internal storytelling, company updates, and external brand building, utilizing both traditional and AI-based video platforms and collaborating closely with the Product Marketing team for AI video expertise and support.
  4. Own and manage all digital assets: Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  5. Develop and prepare branded digital content for various platforms, including updates for the company website and other corporate communication materials.
  6. Manage and execute internal communication campaigns, including the monthly employee newsletter and other regular updates, ensuring consistency and clarity across channels.
  7. Support employer branding efforts through content creation and execution tailored to attract talent across Europe.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Internal Communication, or a related Communications role.
  • Proven ability to create and execute communication plans and content.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and creating content for major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Demonstrated expertise in video content creation, including shooting/sourcing, editing, and production for digital channels.
  • Familiarity with the principles and practical application of AI tools for content creation (e.g., generative text, image generation, understanding AI video capabilities).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and visual content.
  • Experience working with or as part of remote teams and utilizing asynchronous communication methods.
