Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in strategic planning and marketing.
• Experience in commercial, agricultural, or industrial machinery preferred.
• Track record developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple regions and leading multicultural teams.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% within the Americas and Belgium.
