Job summary

Rain seeks a leader to drive global market launches in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will own end-to-end market entry programs, coordinating product, legal, and go-to-market teams, with a focus on regulatory alignment, local hiring, and rapid execution.

You will work across geographies, travel frequently, and partner with leaders to scale Rain's international footprint in new markets.

Qualifications

• Background: 6–10 years in strategy consulting, PE operations, or operating role in regulated fintech/payments.
• Strong written communication for high-stakes meetings with regulators, investors, partners, customers.
• Ability to navigate complexity across pricing, tech, legal, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be Global: spend significant time, in person, in each market you launch.
• Be Autonomous: own market launches end to end, until the business runs without you.
• Operate Across the Company: work with legal to manage local regulatory processes for licences.
• Define and execute the operationalization strategy for each market.
• Identify and solve blockers to quick market launches.
• Coordinate and drive a 100-day plan for each market.
• Identify and hire key local roles and ramp them up.
• Detect missing licences or gaps before they become problems.
• Own and improve the playbook.
