The role leads the five-year market forecast and develops global, regional, and country models for electrophysiology. You will synthesize internal and external evidence, inform demand planning, and communicate implications to EP leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Experience in forecasting, market analytics, finance/FP&A, business strategy, market research, consulting, or MedTech/pharma equity research or marketing.
• Healthcare/MedTech/pharma industry experience required.
• Ability to build and communicate complex market models and forecasts.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Global forecasting leadership: Own the annual five-year global electrophysiology forecast.
• Market model development: Build and maintain integrated forecasting models.
• Evidence integration: Combine multiple data sources to form a fact base.
• Business and demand planning: Translate forecasts into assumptions and scenarios.
• Market and share reporting: Co-own quarterly market reporting and interpret performance drivers.
• Competitive earnings intelligence: Synthesize earnings calls into insights.
• Strategic narrative development: Create executive-ready narratives connecting dynamics and portfolio implications.
• Leadership engagement: Support executive governance presentations.
• Decision influence: Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Scenario analysis: Develop fact-based scenarios for emerging technologies.
• New-product forecasting: Support forecasts for pipeline opportunities.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate across marketing, finance, supply chain and leadership.
• Process excellence: Standardize forecasting methods and governance.
