Qualifications

• Requires a specialty area mastery with advanced education and experience.
• 5+ years in marketing, strategy, or sales operations.
• 3+ years in product management in a commercial medical device setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, clinical or related Healthcare/Biomedical field.
• Excellent Project Management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and reviews product plans and roadmaps.
• Conducts competitive analysis and market research.
• Identify unmet customer needs and commercial opportunities.
• Lead VOC/VOB activities to guide product requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs.
• Travel up to 20%.
